1. Delivery charges:- Delivery charges are calculated by us based on the pin code and weight of the product which is informed to the customer in advance.
2. Dispatch time :- Once courier is confirmed, it is dispatched within 2 to 4 days on our working days.
3. Delivery time :- Whichever courier company we deliver to the customer, the same courier company decides its right time and right day, we do not have any kind of control in this. But all the shipment companies in India promise that their delivery will reach their home within 6 days.
4. Damaged OR Defective goods :-After the product is delivered, if there is any kind of damage or product mismatch, you will have to inform us within 24 hours through mail, WhatsApp, call. How to return it: Please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
5. Product Returns :-If any product is returned for any reason then its courier charge will be charged from the returnee only. To know the return policy, see Return and Exchange Policy.

NOTE:-If any of our customers or dealers want to order the product from their courier, they can order it. There is no restriction of any kind in this.
