Returan And Rufind Policy

  

After any product is returned, that product will be inspected as per your WhatsApp, mail, call. If the product sent by you is in the same condition, then we will send you a new product in exchange and if it is in a condition to be returned, then we will return it and deposit the money in his bank account. Before depositing it in the bank account, we will thoroughly inspect the person to whom the device is returned. For verification, we can take his Aadhaar card or any other document. There will be no dispute of any kind in this. Or we will refund the money to our company’s current account from whichever account the money came to at the time of taking the product. We take around 7 to 10 days from the customer to complete this entire process.

CANCELLATIONS

1. Please be aware that there may be certain orders that we are not in a position to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to decline or cancel any order for any reason. Some scenarios that may lead to your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
2. You are able to cancel an order before it has been boxed at our warehouse. After the order is packed, we will need to process the cancellation with our logistics associates. This generally takes about 24 hours, and sometimes, delivery attempts may also be made.
3. We follow a return policy once the product has been received or delivered to you.
